Luna Farms is a fruit farm on the amazing and picturesque Niagara Escarpment, in Stoney Creek, Hamilton Ontario. We grow apples, plums and grapes and we offer seasonal pick your own apples and fruit for those who want to immerse themselves in the age-old fall tradition of harvesting fruit.
